The room was brand-new and unique, offering a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. the hotel was set in a super central area just next door to the markets, shops, bars, and restaurants. - It was also near to the eateries.

The breakfast was nice hot with eggs cooked to order and delicious food on the streets, as example, exactly what we required. The location was in a great spot for our weekend. Tried some nice meals at Essence Restaurant, located right next to the hotel.

Was an excellent home base for trip. Stayed in nicely furnished room with a fan. Had warm breakfasts with different offerings. Had super central location in the old quarters in Hanoi...

The hotel was nicely decorated, appeared new and fresh and had a great Spa! The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The room we had was a decent size, although not massive for a deluxe and there was only a bath and no shower.

You could hear a lot of the outside noise even though we were on the 6th floor. Motorbike and car horns go all night long!

Very good service, nice colonial-style bedroom, and excellent downtown location. Spa is also very good value for money in quiet atmosphere, no need to look for better option downtown.

I couldn't be happier with the value for my money at this hotel - great room, amazing staff, and a perfect central location for exploring. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

We got a good-sized room with a really nice interior. the spot was spot on, super close and you could easily walk to a well-known prison nearby. 🚶‍♂️

The deluxe room I booked had a walk-in wardrobe 🚪, a great view, and shower cubicles right in the bedroom.

It was clean and well designed. The bed was comfortable and the decor of the rooms was very nice.
